Ingredients
  1. 1 block of feta cheese (8 oz)
  2. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  5. Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme), chopped
  6. Freshly cracked black pepper
  7. Crostini or crackers



Procedure/Direction:

1. Blend feta, Greek yogurt, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

2. Spread whipped feta on Crostini or crackers.

3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs and black pepper.

4. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Serve immediately for an elegant and flavorful appetizer!
